To meet the market needs the company has developed a set of lines for waste plastics crushing, cleansing and drying. The production line consists of a primary crushing machine, a hot water cleaning sink, a separation and sedimentation tank, a centrifugal drier, a secondary crushing machine, a dryer and a storage hopper, etc. It is used to reclaim general plastic products, such as PET bottles and PP bottles, and it can automatically accomplish the steps of crushing, cleaning, drying and storage.
The products recycled from PE, PP, PET can be widely used in film blowing, plastic injection and extraction, recovery and granulation. The available machines include 300 KG/H, 500KG/H and 1000KG/H ones. |
