| The special screws and barrels are for special engineering plastics and modified engineering plastics, which are widely used in daily life and industrial fields. For instance, PC, PVDF and other engineering plastics are modified through the adding of calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide. Besides, fibre glass, carboform and boron filament are often added to enhance engineering plastics. These special engineering plastics after modification are applicable to some products or lower production costs. But on the other hand, the screws and barrels on these machines are easy to wear or corrode. Therefore, the company has developed screws and barrels of binary alloy, full hardening alloy steel, stainless steel and electroplating. |
